CH 714 859 A2 Description: The invention relates to an anchor sleeve for installation in a reinforcement with a sleeve-shaped element which has a spiral thread groove on the outside. Such an anchor sleeve is known from DE 10 2013 022 124 A1. In this publication, in addition to the metal anchor sleeve, a threaded holder for fastening the anchor sleeve to a reinforcement is known, which has at least one threaded section into which the anchor sleeve is screwed. The threaded holder has fastening sections for fastening the threaded holder to the reinforcement on both sides of the threaded section. To attach an anchor sleeve as a lost formwork before concreting on the reinforcement, the threaded bracket is first attached to the reinforcement by the fastening sections are fastened, for example, to the reinforcement. The anchor sleeve is then screwed into the threaded holder until it is in the desired position, i.e. is accessible from the outside after concreting. The object of the invention is to improve such an anchor sleeve and to be able to easily produce it in large quantities. This object is achieved with an anchor sleeve of the type mentioned in accordance with the invention in that the sleeve-shaped element is made of plastic and has at one end a shoulder with a non-circular cross-section. The anchor sleeve is therefore not made of metal, but made of plastic and can therefore be relatively easily manufactured in large numbers by injection molding. In order to be able to remove the anchor sleeve from the mold, it has an attachment with a non-circular cross section, so that it can be screwed out of the mold. Due to its non-circular cross-section, the approach also ensures protection against torsion in the concrete. In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the approach has a rectangular cross section. Of course, other non-circular cross-sectional shapes are also possible. In a further advantageous embodiment it is provided that the sleeve-shaped element consists of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The invention also relates to an anchor system with a previously described anchor sleeve and a mount that can be fastened to a reinforcement and has at least one internal thread section. The invention is explained in more detail below using the drawings as an example. An anchor sleeve for installation in a reinforcement is generally designated 1 in the figures. This anchor sleeve 1 has a sleeve-shaped element 2 made of plastic, preferably glass fiber reinforced plastic. The sleeve-shaped element 2 is provided on the outside with a spiral groove 3, i.e. the sleeve-shaped element 2 has an external thread which extends over a large part of the length of the sleeve-shaped element 2. A threaded groove 3 is no longer provided on a front end region 4 of the sleeve-shaped element 2 and the front end in the front end region 4 is open, with the sleeve-shaped element 2 being hollow on the inside, so that a fastening element can be screwed into the anchor sleeve 1 in the installed position. At the end facing away from the front end region 4, the anchor sleeve 1 has a projection 5 with a non-circular cross-section, for example a rectangular or square cross-section. The anchor sleeve 1 can be produced by injection molding, the injection-molded anchor sleeve 1 can be unscrewed from the injection mold after the injection molding process with the aid of the non-circular attachment 5. The out-of-round attachment 5 also serves as a protection against rotation in the concreted position. To install the anchor sleeve 1 in a reinforcement, a bracket 6 is provided which has a central bore with an internally threaded portion 7. Adjacent on both sides, the holder 6 has fastening sections 8. With these fastening sections 8, the holder 6 is placed on indicated reinforcement bars 9 and fastened to them, e.g. angerödelt. The anchor sleeve 1 is then screwed into the holder 6 until the front end area 4 is in the desired position, usually in such a way that the front end is freely accessible after concreting, i.e. the front end of the anchor sleeve 1 is flush with the outer wall of the concrete part created. During the concreting process, the anchor sleeve 1 can be closed with a sealing plug 10 so that no concrete penetrates into the interior of the sleeve-shaped element 2.
